YES, You Can Move Without Pain!

WHY MOVE WITHOUT PAIN WORKS

Your body is designed to move in 3 planes of motion. If you lack mobility and/or stability in one or more of these planes your body compensates, and this can lead to chronic pain that does not resolve.

Isolating joints or muscles WILL NOT address the root cause of pain

Exercising, stretching, heating, icing, injecting, cupping, or dry needling the painful body part will NOT re-establish functional motion in the area that is likely causing the problem.

Take knee pain for example: Your knees are a fairly simple hinge joints (like a door) and they are at the mercy of your hips and ankles. If you are only treating your knees, you may be missing the cause of your problem, leading to potential surgery that still doesn’t fix the root cause of your problem.

What about shoulder pain? Are you aware that functional hip rotation is necessary for proper shoulder motion? Working your shoulder will not resolve a hip limitation. Full hip function is also required for a healthy pelvic floor to prevent the need for disposable underwear in your future. Yes, there is even a class designed for incontinence using the Move Without Pain (MWP) concept and it works!

Your core is not just your abs, but the muscles from your nose to your toes. Every movement you make creates a chain reaction in your body that requires a stable core and mobile joints. Everything is connected to everything else!

MWP works by resolving limitations in mobility and stability that are the cause of your pain.

When a major joint is limited in one or more of these 3 planes of motion, chronic pain and an inflamed or injured joint structure is often the result. Train your body the way it is designed to really work and get all those wonderful muscles and joints moving the way they were INTENDED to move; without pain.

LEARN TO RESOLVE YOUR PAIN ON YOUR OWN TIME

In the Private Club, you’ll learn the right movements from an expert who teaches people how to eliminate pain, regain health, and return to doing the things they love to do every day. The classes focus on improving, restoring, and/or maintaining functional pain-free motion in your body so you can age well, excel in your favorite sport, or recover from chronic pain or injury.

All classes are always available 24/7 to private club members. These classes teach you how your body is designed to move as well as where problem areas love to live that lead to chronic pain and limited movement or loss of strength. Each private club class provides a specific truth about movement, detailed instruction in movements that physically teach that truth, as well as how to modify motions for painful or limited issues. Armed with these movement truths and regular practice, yes, you can move without pain!

ABOUT EILEEN KOPSAFTIS

Eileen Kopsaftis is a health and pain expert who sees people eliminate pain, regain health, and return to doing the things they love to do every day.

I have always sought out truth, even as a child. My reason for being is to improve the lives of others. When I lost two brothers in their forties (one to cancer, the other to heart disease) I knew I had to do all I could to keep others from the same tragedy. When I was little, I wanted to be a doctor; yet when it came time to start college, I did not agree with the medical model of medicating symptoms and managing disease as it progressed. I also disagreed with what was being taught in nutrition programs. The physical therapy program caught my attention as I have always been fascinated with the workings of the human body.

Fast forward to the first-ever Nutrition Educator Program designed to teach people how to eliminate the need for medications and restore health. I am now living my dream as a manually skilled physical therapist, certified applied functional science professional, trained MELT instructor, and nutrition educator graduate. I empower others to make informed decisions in order to achieve pain-free living and optimal health.
